2) Why Should I Strive to Change My Diet?

You should choose to change your diet because it feels right for you. If you are tired of feeling sick, tired, unhappy, depressed, lethargic, unmotivated, etc… and wish to feel good about your body, enjoy the food that loves you back, feel inspired to follow your passions, save money through preventative care, and live a lifestyle that is better for yourself and the Earth, you should look into changing your diet as a first step.

There are detrimental consequences to the environment (see here) by choosing to consume the packaged, modern fare chosen by most, but just because it is standard doesn’t mean it is optimal.

You can take control of your health and reverse many common diseases of affluence (like Diabetes, Obesity, Cancer, Heart Disease). It has not only been proven (see Resource / Documentary list below), but has been witnessed and co-created with the help of Amanda in cancer healing clinics.

The food you eat, the thoughts you think, the stories you tell yourself (and refuse to let go of) all contribute to an acidic, toxic, and under-appreciated body, and this results in sickness.
