[Recap] Black Hills Yoga Retreat, October 2015!

Well hey there, beautiful!

It’s official! The 2015 October Black Hills yoga retreat has passed, and it was an absolute blast!

Over forty women from around the area (one even came all the way from California!) gathered to enjoy in a weekend of yoga, healthy food, wine, more wine, art, mindful practices, sangha, and live music.

It. Was. Fantastic.

For the event, I spent most of my time in the kitchen cooking up some delicious cuisine.

Vegan French Toast

The ladies spent a lot of time in yoga class (which is aweeeeesome! ) moving their bodies and becoming more mindful, and the brunches, breakfast, snacks, and dinners were a fun celebratory experience. 

It was amazing to see the women light up and enjoy healthy plant-based cuisine they can feel good about! Some photos from the retreat (predominantly captured by the host, Scottie Bruch from Sturgis Yoga) follow:
