What allows you to relax more than a creamy, delicious, and filling raw and vegan soup that helps you glow from the inside out? Yeah, I can’t think of anything else at the moment, either.

Prepare to have your taste buds ‘wowed’… This recipe has it all, emphasis on delectable and tantalizing.

Spicy Cream of Avocado Soup

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:

3 Avocadoes

1/4 Cup Miso

1/4 Cup Hemp Oil

5 Cups Water

2 Limes, juiced (about 4 Tbsp)

1 1/2 tsp fresh Rosemary

3/4 tsp Chipotle

(Optional): 1 tsp Jalapeño pepper

Toppings: Spinach, broccoli florets, tomatoes, hemp seeds, and/or yummy radish sprouts like these!

Directions:

1) In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except preferred toppings and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

2) If using a Vita-Mix, you could let blend for 3-4 minutes until it warms to an irresistible temperature, or if you prefer warm, you could heat on the stove just until it’s warm (still comfortable) to touch. (At 118 degrees, the enzymes are destroyed, however).

3) OR you could serve cold/warm and enjoy with a sprinkling of hemp seeds, tomatoes, spinach, and/or broccoli florets on top.
