Warrior’s Raw Breakfast

 

Who has enough time to ‘eat healthy?’. . You do, if you know the good recipes!

And if you’re trying to eat more raw – how in the heck can you make a filling & fast breakfast that is going to keep you going all day?!

Warrior’s Choice Breakfast

Yield: 1 Serving

Prep Time: 5 Minutes (not including sprouting)

Ingredients:

1 – 1 ½ Cups Sprouted Buckwheat (Read Here on how to do that)

1 Scoop of Sunwarrior Protein Powder (I LOVE Vanilla)

5 – 8 drops of Stevia (I like Vanilla Crème)

¼ – ½ Cup Almond Milk –> Recipe

*optional: 2 Tbsp of Chia seeds left in water overnight or ¼ Cup of Quinoa Flakes (or rolled oats – neither raw) for a filler.

*your choice of other goodies– Goji berries, other berries (blueberries, raspberries…mmm!), raisins, cinnamon, cacao nibs, etc!

 

Directions:

1. In a bowl (small) combine all ingredients.

2. Stir while you sing to your magical breakfast that is SO good for you!

3. Oh Look! It’s done! Yummmmmmmm!

 

(If you so choose, try experimenting with other Superfoods(!) like Green powders, Maca root, and/or any others you’ve heard about).

Enjoy within an hour to get you started feeling amazing throughout your day!

 

This Warrior’s Choice breakfast option is Sooooooo good. It’s very low sugar, is blooming with grand amounts of nutrients, protein, healthy carbs, healthy fats, and minerals to nourish your body. Not to mention, it’s high-raw, therefore it’s going to give you sustainable energy that will not fatigue your body to digest.
